1. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
2. Can I come in for a consultation?
Yes. We offer comprehensive initial case consultations for a
reasonable fee. At this consultation, we will discuss the
specifics of your case and your legal options in detail. You
will then be able to make an informed decision.
3. Can I make an early morning, weekend, or evening
appointment?
Yes, we are flexible to accommodate your schedule and we are
happy to arrange early morning, evening or weekend appointments.
Additionally, there is always someone in the office during
normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
5:00 pm, and Saturday by appointment only, except for legal holidays.
4. Where are you located?
We are located at 99 Stafford Road (Route 30) in Ellington,
Connecticut. Please see the directions
to our office. It is 1/10 mile North of Rt. 140, in the Crystal
Lake Plaza. There is an excellent deli and an excellent Chinese
takeout restaurant right in the Plaza.
5. Where do I park?
We have free, easy, and ample parking directly in front of our
office.
6. I live outside of Tolland County. Do you provide services
in other areas of the state?
Yes, we represent clients throughout the entire state of
Connecticut.
7. What is your policy on returning client phone calls?
All calls are returned in a reasonable time, always within 1-2 days. If someone is out of the office, another person will cover for them and follow up. We do, however, encourage email to make communication easier and less expensive.
8. Do you have payment plans?
We are aware that legal fees can be expensive. We do everything possible to arrange reasonable and equitable payment plans that you can afford.
9. Do you
make home visits?
We are happy to make home visits when that is required.
Obviously, that entails an extra charge for the time involved.
However, arranging home visits is not a problem.
